"Researches have shown that we should be making sure our kids are getting more personal time, physical activity, time for reading books and time for listening to music and very less screen time ( TV, tablets, computers and phone)
Maybe we should consider WHO ( World Health Organization ) recommendation of no screen time for babies under 2 and no more than one hour of screen time a day for those aged 2 to 4.
As per WHO "Failure to meet current physical activity recommendations is responsible for more than 5 million deaths globally each year across all age groups. Currently, over 23% of adults and 80% of adolescents are not sufficiently physically active. If healthy physical activity, sedentary behavior and sleep habits are established early in life, this helps shape habits through childhood, adolescence and into adulthood."
At "New Berry CDC" we make sure that your kids are staying away from screen time as per WHO guidelines.
